Chatflow is a digital service. Purchases do not involve physical shipping.

Your delivery terms
The delivery and setup terms are awaiting confirmation. Paid checkout remains unavailable until these terms are published. You can request a demo in the meantime.
Plan access
Once payment is verified, the purchased plan is linked to your business workspace for the stated period. A checkout redirect or mandate approval alone is not payment confirmation. You can check the recorded order and access status in billing.
AI credit purchases
A verified credit-pack payment adds the purchased quantity to the same workspace’s balance. Credits are available for supported AI actions while the workspace has active access. Your balance and usage history show purchases and settled usage.
Guided onboarding
A setup charge covers only the onboarding work agreed in your order. Review its scope and schedule before purchasing. Connecting WhatsApp may require your Meta administrator access and provider approval; payment does not guarantee that Meta will approve an account or template.
Missing access or credits
If your bank shows a debit but the order remains pending, check the order status before retrying. Contact support with its reference if payment is confirmed but access or credits are missing. Keep your payment reference for reconciliation.

The service provider is not GST registered. No GST is collected.
