Is the demo free?
Yes. The demo is a conversation about your team. Pricing is agreed afterwards and sent to you as a personal plan link.
Can I try Chatflow on my own first?
Connecting WhatsApp properly takes a Facebook business account, a verified number and some setup with our team. We would rather spend that time with businesses the product fits, so every customer starts with a demo and then a guided setup.
Do I need a Facebook account?
Not for the demo. To connect WhatsApp later, someone with admin access to your business’s Facebook (Meta) business account joins the setup call. We’ll tell you exactly what to have ready.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
That depends on how your number is set up today. We’ll check your situation during the demo before anything changes.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Reply on WhatsApp or call us and we’ll move the demo to a time that suits you.
